Tour operator TUI attaches great importance to the feel-good factor at its customers. As an extra service, they started offering insurances to customers booking a trip with attractive conditions. Due to the great success this new service brought, better coordination was required. To specifically create a platform for this, the TUI Insurance Team booked Tobania as a guide.

As a project leader, we put together a team of both TUI employees and Tobania experts. We started the development of the TUI insurance platform and maderapid progress. Security, architecture and connectionto other business applications were the focus points. We see concrete projects, such as the insurance platform for TUI, in a broader perspective of improvement and automation. This ensures an application that can be used in the long run.
TUI is now well on its way to its final destination: an efficient, transparent and user-friendly insurance platform. The project started in 2018 and will be delivered in various phases. Of course, we are there to support TUI in every step.
