Thomas & Piron gains speed thanks to efficient support process

 

As Thomas & Piron was looking for a reliable and human-sized partner to manage its support process, the construction company joined forces with Tobania.

Thanks to Tobania's punctual intervention, Thomas & Piron was able to start working with Jira. That tool enabled the transition from a cluttered request management in Excel files to an efficient invoicing process.
